What we know
SLTX Capital broke ground in June 2026 to transform the historic Scanlan Building into a Canopy by Hilton hotel on the Main Street pedestrian promenade. Reporting describes an 11-story building with 138 rooms and a projected late-2027 opening. Historic architectural elements are intended to be retained.
