We prioritize landmark architecture; sites able to change the skyline or neighborhood; major towers, full Downtown blocks and sizable mixed-use land; unusual public dispositions; and offerings with a credible verified broker or owner source. Small routine commercial listings don't qualify simply because they're for sale.
