JLB Partners announced plans for a roughly $60 million multifamily development at 3028 Washington Avenue. The Q3 2026 MMG pipeline lists Washington Center Residences as under construction at 3026 Washington Avenue with 341 units, while its Q2 2026 report lists 169 units at 3028 Center Street. These conflicting counts/addresses are not resolved, so the unit total is intentionally omitted pending verification.
