What we know
The RO is a 17-acre mixed-use development led by Transwestern. Its office component includes an approximately 145,000-square-foot office building, reported for Vitol occupancy in 2026. The next major phase includes The Birdsall, a 34-story hotel/residence tower planned with 105 hotel rooms and 44 private residences; The Clayton, a 28-story apartment tower with 317 rental units; and an 80,000-square-foot pedestrian-oriented retail village. The figures here describe different components and should not be added together as one building. Late 2027 to early 2028 delivery is a reported forecast, not a completed milestone.
