What we know
Rice announced on October 29, 2026 that the Arc at 4151 Main Street will hold a ceremonial groundbreaking on November 4. The seven-story building, designed by HKS and developed with Lincoln Property Company, offers approximately 200,000 square feet of lab and office space, with Rice leasing approximately 80,000 square feet. The scheduled ceremony has not yet occurred as of November 1.
