Radom Capital is converting the historic Swift & Company industrial complex near the Heights Hike & Bike Trail into a mixed-use destination. Project engineer DBR describes approximately 54,748 square feet, including 20,185 square feet of restaurant and retail space plus 34,563 square feet of office space. Status and opening date should be reconfirmed before reporting it as completed.
