What we know
Skanska proposes a 31-story residential and approximately 30,000-square-foot retail tower on the prominent Westheimer/Montrose corner. TDLR registrations in April 2026 estimate about 617,800 square feet and a combined $111 million for core/shell and interior fit-out. Skanska explicitly cautioned that these are routine pre-development filings, not a construction commitment. As of November 1, 2026 no groundbreaking has been confirmed.
