What we know

A curved luxury residential tower near Buffalo Bayou, developed by Satya. The updated 38-story scheme includes approximately 90 residences. The original 37-story concept was enlarged, and construction officially broke ground May 6, 2026. Q1 2029 delivery remains a forecast.
