What we know
Downtown Houston’s official development investment map identifies the Astros Entertainment District at 1800 Texas Avenue as a planned mixed-use investment next to the baseball stadium. Earlier Downtown reports discussed potential retail, hospitality, and residential concepts, but the final project program, developer agreement, design, financing, height and groundbreaking are not independently confirmed. Do not treat early conceptual illustrations or earlier development pipeline estimates as committed final plans.
